Lovely professional University is the best engineering college in Punjab for CSE. Number of admissions in CSE department have been increased rapidly and has become one of the popular courses among engineering aspirants. It focuses on the basic elements of computer programming and networking. I am saying this because I had completed same course from Lovely Professional University, Reviews are pretty good. Well, the study of CSE in LPU is very good. CSE is one of the branches in LPU having wonderful placements. Most of students get placed in reputed companies with few opting for higher studies. Special inputs in the form of placement classes are given to students to hone their skills and prepare them for placements. Professors are easily approachable in the college and are well experienced. They are very supportive of all technicalities. Students can contact them anytime for their study purpose. The latest teaching methods are used in the classroom.

We don't have exact information about the number of student take admission but the seats here in LPU in B.tech is about 60-360 for all departments/subject.

Well, this question is a bit difficult to answer as the exact figures are not mentioned anywhere. Every year lakhs of student apply for admissions in LPU. The screening process is a bit strict wherein students have to answer LPUNEST and meet all the required eligibility criteria to get in an admission there. So, there are certainly lot number of students in CSE branch under different specializations as LPU offers various specializations(8–10) in CSE streams that makes it obvious to have such strength. This variety of fields helps students to chose and excel into their interest. Also the quality faculty and staff ratio to students helps them manage well the number of students enrolled in CSE branch.These specializations are at par with current technological trends.
