Although most of the B-schools in India require a regular work experience from formal organizations be it corporate, technical, financial, etc., you can still apply for MBA and PGDM programmes if you have completed your graduation.
Having an experience with a family business will help you in understanding various aspects of business better than others. Also, if you are interested in running your own business someday, experience can be a great help if you are taking entrepreneurship programmes.
