Journalism & Mass Communication is divided basis these genres: Print Journalism, Electronic Journalism, Radio Journalism. Extensions to the course include - PR, Advertising etc. 

If you have decided to study Journalism, you need to choose amongst the above. To develop your skills as a travel writer, you can apprentice with a travel company or better still, start travelling yourself and write a blog. Over time, you will how you have developed as a Travel Writer. We also recommend that you take up a creative writing course, which will help you articulate your thoughts into expressions.
