my jee main rank is 95000 can I get iiit delhi for cs branch

An all-India rank of 95,000 cannot provide you admission in the Computer Science and Engineering (CSE) programme offered by IIIT Delhi. The institute is one of the premier technical colleges of India and admission for general category students are closed approximately at an all-India rank of 25,000 (max.).
