Patrichia D’cruze, a thinker, listener, and believer is highly passionate about writing. She thinks that writing liberates her soul which in turn gives her the opportunity to explore various avenues in her day to day life and also it is a means to give creativity its due importance both in the present and in the future.

A passionate blogger and a fiction writer by choice. She has even won various poetry writing and story writing competitions and her manuscripts have got their due place in various co-author publications.

She believes that listening is the key to communicating well. ??????Hence, she communicates to be listened to and not just heard and thus she makes sure that her content is readable to and understood by everyone. She also believes that self-confidence is the key to good communication and she believes she does it well because her self-believe in herself and helps her to communicate well through writing. Before writing or verbally communicating she  makes sure that she does her research work well in order to keep herself updated with current ideas, concepts or topics and thereafter determine the content necessary for the communication that is to be made whether in writing or verbally.

She firmly thinks that doing good research on any topic is the key to an effective outcome when it comes to writing a good article. Hence, she does her research work using both online and offline sources. Books, newspapers and periodicals are the offline sources that she relies on to gather information. Incase of online sources she makes sure she reads and compares the content and searches the company or the organisation through various social media platforms and then decides the authenticity of the same. Apart from this she also looks for the publisher/writer of the article that she reads. She also searches for the  'About Us' and 'Contact Us'  section to gain knowledge about the person who created the website. Adding onto this she also checks the timeline of the article to determine whether the content is up to date or not.

She holds the view that cross-functional collaboration is of great benefit to both herself and any team that she is working with. The reason being that it gives the team members the opportunity to work collaboratively. Each individual has an unique style of thinking and they have different ideas and sharing those ideas can give rise to innovative thinking that can help in the progress of work.The content that stands out in the pool of other contents available on various sites is the one that stops the reader to continue to read and this is possible only through innovation.

According to her, mistakes are a part of our life that can never be avoided but rectified with careful attention. She has never allowed mistakes to be a reason for her weakness or kept her away from producing good work. Infact, mistakes have acted as driving forces that impelled her to give better than her best. She believes in learning from her mistakes!

Patrichia has worked as a Senior Social Media Manager at Avisha’s Couture which gave her the opportunity to explore and keep her updated with various social media trends and content ideas. 2020 was the year when she decided to give her love for writing its due importance. I did not really know how to begin the journey but knew that she had to get "up to speed" quickly. Hence, following the works of a teacher of hers she contacted the founders of a few literary platforms and joined such groups on Facebook. Then she regularly participated in writing challenges and started winning writing challenges as well which boosted her self-confidence. From then onwards she never stopped to limit herself.

During her leisure time Patrichia swaps her character with that of an artist. She loves to paint, make candles, write poems and travel to explore and meet new people. She believes that meeting new people gives her the opportunity to widen her knowledge and it gives her intrigued mind a good chance to explore the unknown. She is a volunteer at Clothes Box Foundation and actively participates in various social activities.
