With over 5 years in Edtech, Samiksha is currently working as an Assistant Manager- Medical Education Expert at CollegeDekho. She is proficient in the Medical, Nursing, Dental, Pharmacy and Paramedical fields. Along with expertise in the aforementioned streams, Samiksha has also covered content in the fields of Law, Design, Management and Hotel Management.

Other than writing, researching, strategizing, editing and publishing News and Articles, Samiksha takes delight in writing scripts and offering solutions to the frequently asked questions of the students. She also works on the exam, course and career sections, ensuring that the information provided to the readers is correct and relevant. 

Samiksha has acquired her Master’s (2017-2019) and Bachelor’s (2014-2017) degrees in English from Amity University, Noida. She spent most of her time reading and discovering Greek Tragedies, Modern Plays and Poetry. At college, she has written some insightful dissertations and seminar papers. She has also regularly participated in literary and extracurricular events. 

Samiksha is a trained Kathak Dancer and holds a Diploma in Kathak. She regularly volunteers and teaches in organisations like Raen Basera, Save the Children, National Association for the Blind etc. She likes being a part of fun activities like rock climbing, hiking, zorbing, parasailing etc. and has even participated in the military training camp organised by the University.

Samiksha is fluent in Hindi, and English languages. She also has an elementary-level understanding of the French language. She completed her schooling in 2014 and was awarded a Certificate of Appreciation for scoring 96% marks in English in AISSCE (2013-2014). She was also a Gold Medalist in the Maths Olympiad (2012-2013). She hosted and participated in multiple events such as Fests, Essay Writing Competition, Science Exhibition etc.

Samiksha believes that the “Sky is the Limit” and constantly strives towards her professional and personal growth. She believes that a mistake is only a mistake if one does not learn anything from it. Samiksha wishes to explore her full potential and utilise it to fulfill her dreams. She is both, an efficient team player and a lone wolf. She is a self-motivated and 'glass-half-full’ kind of person.

Samiksha enjoys writing as much as she enjoys reading poetry. A bit of Sylvia Plath and a bit of Emily Dickinson are enough to keep her sane. Lock her in a room full of books and she will not even notice!
