• Interested candidates should apply online on the official website of the University. 
• All fields of the registration form are mandatory and need to be filled correctly for successful enrolment of the candidate for the examination.
• Students need to select the mode of examination and exam center during the registration process.
• After successful submission of the form online, the payment for the examination fees needs to be done using online banking, credit card or a debit card.
• Following the payment of examination fees and successful registration of the candidate, a confirmation of the same will be sent to the applicant by email and SMS.
• The applicant will receive a registration number after completing the registration process successfully.
• Students need to remember their registration number and use the same for all future correspondence with us.
• All correspondence with the applicant will be made on the email ID and mobile number provided by the applicant during the registration process.

Important Instruction:

• No candidate is allowed to note down the question or their answers.
• Bringing any loose paper whether written or blank inside the examination hall except the Admit Card is strictly prohibited.
• Candidates are banned from carrying Calculators/Slide rule/Electronic Diary/Pager /Mobile Phone inside the examination hall. 
• Candidates found cheating or causing or attempting to cause any disturbances in the examination hall or being of unruly behavior shall be liable to such punishment as the University may determine and impose on them, and his/her AUEE performance shall be treated as cancelled.
• If it is found, at any stage, that there is something against the candidate which would have cancelled his/her admission to the institute or if the candidate is found to have provided false information, his/her provisional admission shall be liable to be cancelled.
• In case of any dispute, Bhopal shall be the jurisdiction.
• If it is found that the candidate has submitted any fake/forged documents at the time of counseling/admission, the candidature will be cancelled.

Guidelines for AUEE Aspirants

• Candidates must carefully check their Name, Test Center Name, Place and Category on e-Admit Card.
• Candidates must take their seats immediately after opening of the Examination Hall in order to avoid missing the announcement of general instructions if any.
• It is mandatory for all candidates to show, on demand, the e-Admit Card and ID Proof for admission in the Examination Room/Hall. 
• For Aptitude Test, candidates must carry their own geometry box set, pencils, erasers etc.
• Candidates are advised to bring with them a cardboard or a clipboard. They should also bring with them their own Ball Point Pens (Black/Blue).
• Candidate will not be allowed to leave his/her seat until the full duration of the paper. Candidates must hand over their answer sheets before leaving the exam hall.
• Candidates are not allowed to carry electronic devices such as mobile phone, calculator etc. or materials like log table, book, notebook, etc. to the exam room

1) What is AUEE?

AISECT University Entrance Examination (AUEE) is an All India Common Entrance Examination which is taken by candidates who wish to apply for Bachelors and Masters courses in Engineering, Education, Law, Management, etc. offered at AISECT University, Bhopal.

2) What is the admission procedure?

The admission to courses at the University will be done on the basis of performance in AUEE. The candidates are shortlisted based on their entrance examination marks. A merit list of the successful candidates is announced on the University website. Basis the merit list, the candidates are invited for the counselling session for admission. 

3) What is the application procedure for AUEE?

• The registration process is completely online.
• Interested applicants can register themselves online directly by visiting the official website.
• Candidates should fill up this form online, which also allows them to choose an examination location for appearing for AUEE.
• All fields of the registration form are mandatory and need to be filled correctly 

4) I forgot to note down my registration number during the registration process. How can I get the registration number?

Login to your home page. There you will get all details about your application.

5) I forgot my password. What is the procedure to retrieve the password?

Using the link ‘Forgot Your Password’ in online application, you can reset your password. User name, DOB, email-id, Security Question and answer to it should be provided for resetting the password.

6) Is it compulsory to have an email-ID and mobile number?

Yes, Email-ID and mobile number are mandatory for all candidates. Active email-ID and mobile number of parents can also be used.

7) I am not able to upload my photo. What is the reason?

Photo to be uploaded should have the specified dimensions and size. Upload your recent passport size (color) photograph (132 x 170 pixels with the file size between 4 KB and 100 KB) and signature (132 x 57 pixels with file size between 1 KB and 30 KB). Refer the link "Uploading Photo & Sign" in the Application Portal.

8) I have successfully submitted the application and remitted the application fee. But I'm not able to download my Registration Confirmation page.

Registration Confirmation Page will be available for download on your homepage immediately after your application is approved. Please check your application status.

9) What all documents should one send along with the application form of AISECT University?

Only application form will be needed.
