It is the responsibility of the candidate to ensure that correct marks are furnished in her application form. If at any time, it is found that the marks furnished by her are not correct, the following action will be taken.

• Her admission will be cancelled with forfeiture of all the fees paid, no matter at what stage of the course she is at that time.
• She will be debarred from pursuing the studies for a period of three years in any University, and
• Legal action will be instituted against her for having furnished wrong marks.

1) How to apply for Avinashilingam University ?

Candidates can obtain the application forms in person at the office of the Avinashilingam University, Coimbatore.

2) How can we pay the application fee for Avinashilingam University Entrance Exam M.Sc. Biotechnology?

Application fee can be paid by cash in person or by DD payable at Coimbatore in favour of "The Registrar, Avinashilingam Institute for home Science and Higher Education for Women".

3) The admit card has been issued but I am unable to login. What should I do now?

Not to worry, when the admit card is released the website crashes down due to high traffic. The conducting body will take the appropriate measures to resolve the issue.

4) If I have selected medium of question paper as English but want to see question in Hindi for more clarity or vice-a-versa, is this possible ?

Yes you can easily do with the click of computer mouse.

5) I forgot my application number, how do I download my admit card?

It can be downloaded by submitting e­mail id and DoB. However, check the confirmation page of the application form, the required number will be given there.

6) After applying can I request for change of centre?

Once the centre is allotted, the change of centre will not be entertained, under any circumstances.

7) What are the important steps to be followed while filling the offline application form?

Before posting the application please ensure that:-

• You have read the instructions carefully.
• You have to use black ball-point pen to enter the codes in the boxes and pencil to shade the alphabet / numeral / circle as indicated.
• You have to affix a good quality recent, colour photograph in the space provided.
• You should NOT attest the Photograph.
• You have to clearly and legibly write your complete postal address to which the communication is to be sent.
• You have to enter your correct PINCODE.
• You have to indicate your correct STD code and Phone No. / Mobile No.
• You have to mention your correct e-mail address.
• You have to sign in the space provided below the photograph and in the declaration form.
• Your parent / guardian has to sign the declaration form.
• You should not use any pins or stapler in your application.
• You have to clearly indicate whether you require hostel accommodation or not.
• You have to enter the correct Test City Code on the envelope provided.
• You have to retain a photocopy of your application.
