About engineering : Can i get engineering college with low rank in jee main and class 12?

LPU has not given any guidelines pertaining to admission pertaining to national tests. Best thing to do right now is to appear for LPUNEST and seek admission in B Tech. However, you need to fulfil the eligibility conditions. The eligibility for the program is Pass with 60% aggregate marks in 10+2 (with Physics, Mathematics and English) or equivalent, subject to qualifying LPUNEST. All the information pertaining to LPUNEST such as syllabus, previous year question papers, sample papers is given on the lpunest website. Yes you can get admission here in LPU let me tell you the eligibility criteria here in LPU Pass with 60% aggregate marks in 10+2 (with Physics, Mathematics and English) or equivalent, subject to qualifying LPUNEST or CUET. For a candidate, who has not studied English as a subject, the condition of English may be waived off provided the candidate in his qualifying exam has studied in English medium. (5% relaxation to North-East states and Sikkim candidates or Defence Personnel and their Dependents or Wards of Kashmiri Migrants).
