You should shortlist 3 courses and 3 careers that you wish to pursue. And then back track into chartering a career path for yourself. Let us explain.

If you wish to become an engineer, then see what colleges are you getting for B.Tech course basis your rank. If any of those colleges offer you the specialisation that you wish to pursue, then please take admission. 

If your passion is to work in the medical field and help people, then, by any means, go ahead for paramedical course. You can study further to top up your education in this field and do better in your career. 

You can also opt to choose any other course that you can with your PCMB subjects in class 12. Like Lawyer, Media, commerce fields etc. are good avenues to explore with a relatively handsome payout.
