Yes, a student from a different college will be able to participate in the open counselling for admission at Government College Hisar. Open counselling is done as per affiliating University/ State Government norms. The students whose admission is confirmed have to submit their original migration certificate to the college within 10 days of admission. Admission is ensured if they have passed the qualifying examination from any Board other than the Board of School Education Haryana.
