Yes of course you can take admission in LPU directly, but then you will have to pay the full amount of the course and would not get any scholarship. So, if any opportunity is provided, I think you should make use of it. LPU gives a golden opportunity to every applicant ie. he /she has to sit in the LPUNEST exam which is an exam for scholarship and eligibility. you never know that you may score really well in LPUNEST and get a scholarship. and there’s no harm in giving LPUNEST exam. And if you have scored above 80 % then also you can get a scholarship on the basis of your board exam. But also I would suggest that you should check the eligibility criteria for the course which you want to enroll in. because LPU also offers different types of scholarships as well based on the performance of the student. LPU conducts the Lovely Professional University National Entrance and Scholarship Test (LPUNEST) for admission to more than 200 courses at the UG and PG levels. Lovely Professional University is currently accepting applications for the academic session 2023-24, candidates seeking admission must register for LPUNEST latest by Jan 20, 2023. LPU conducts its own entrance test, i.e LPUNEST. The LPUNEST 2022 pattern of the exam is Multiple Choice Questions (MCQ). LPUNEST Exam Pattern 2022 has a total of 4 subjects viz. Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics/Biology, and English. LPUNEST is not much easy as well as not much difficult. If you do hard work and you have a good knowledge of topics which will be asked in LPUNEST, then surely you will qualify the test. LPUNEST is an online test (Fully MCQs) with no negative marking. No negative marking in the test is a positive point for you.

The test conducted for scholarship and admission to various programs at LPU is called LPUNEST. The aim of conducting the test is to check how far the concepts are clear to the student. Don't be scared, the syllabus of LPUNEST is all that you have studied in your previous qualification? In addition to it, there are also questions of reasoning, verbal ability, analytical ability are also there. LPUNEST is a proctored exam and questions are asked in the form of MCQs. The result is displayed on the dashboard of the student after 24 hrs. One gets two chances of attempting LPUNEST. The best of the two results will be applicable for a scholarship. One has to register oneself with the university and pay online for taking LPUNEST. The application form will be in a format that can be processed by Optical Mark Reader (OMR).
