Admission in BA part III as private candidate : I have completed my BA II year in 2015 and want to apply BA part III year as private candidate . Please tell me whether I am illegible or other wise

You are not eligible to apply for B.A. 3rd year now. You need to seek fresh admission in the B.A. course now. As you are planning to apply as a private candidate, you can apply for state-level universities in your state or IGNOU.
