When will the admission process of B.Voc in Hotel Management start?

Dear Om, If I talk about BSc or BHMCT, then LPU has started the admission already. One of my friend's brother is also studying there in Bachelor of Hotel Management and Catering Technology(BHMCT ) Let me share few points about the Hotel Management programme at LPU : Curriculum: High academic standards are maintained by offering the curriculum framed in consultation with industry experts. Student exposure: Being a part of a resource-rich University, the students have an advantage of interdisciplinary exposure which is not possible in standalone colleges. Uni-Hotel: The School also trains its students in the campus hotel named UniHotel of 25 rooms hosting national and international guests where students practice along with the staff. Infrastructure: The School has five modern kitchens with two bakeries. All kitchen and bakery are equipped to enable a student to perform scientifically and to attain their best of learning through most modern gazettes. We have few training restaurants to teach a student about the authentic serving style of food and beverage. We are equipped with one front office laboratory, two housekeeping laboratories, two computer laboratories with 60 computers, and a simulation laboratory for aviation. Placement: 100% placements record with minimum 10% students selected as Management Trainee (Junior Executive level) till date and the placement is with brands like Cox & Kings, Carnival Cruise, Jet Airways, Oberoi, Taj, Leela, etc. Package: Six students were offered the package of Rs 8 Lakhs by Carnival Cruise in last years. Internship: Industry internships in top national and international five-star hotel brands like The Leela Palace, ITC, Taj, Oberoi, The Grand, Marriott, etc. Intellectual Strength: Faculty members with a holistic blend of academic & industrial exposure. The focus of entertaining is impressing others The focus of true hospitality is serving others Being an alumni of LPU. I have couple of friends in the HOTEL MANAGEMENT . So I must say that LPU would be the best option for pursuing the course for HOTEL MANAGEMENT . As university possess a hotel which not only give practical exposure but also the real time . I don't know about B Voc but yes I can talk about Bsc hotel management. ELIGIBILITY :Pass with 50% aggregate marks in 10+2 (with English) or equivalent. For a candidate, who has not studied English as a subject, the condition of English may be waived off provided the candidate in his qualifying exam has studied in English medium. (5% relaxation to North East states and Sikkim candidates/ Defence Personnel and their Dependents/ Wards of Kashmiri Migrants) Many reputed companies in this field had visited for the placements drive - Viral International, Jaypee Residency Hotel, Qatar Airways, Air Vistara, P and O Cruise (USA), Al Thiqarestaurant Co (Kuwait), Hyatt (USA), Wolf Great Resort (USA), Jubilant (Dominos), Sapphire Foods (KFC), The Grand (New Delhi), The Leela, Zuri Whitefield, Courtyard Marriot, ITC Hotels, Radisson Blu, The Oberoi Cecil etc. It is the best private university with world-class infrastructure, modern facilities, and highly qualified faculty in India. The university is having tie-ups with many foreign universities and reputed companies thus facilitating higher amenities to its students.
