The admission at LPU is going on for various programmes. Well, it depends upon the programme you would like to take admission in. What eligibility criteria it follows. If the eligibility says subject to qualifying LPUNEST then you have to clear the entrance exam. In addition to qualifying it also provides you a good amount of scholarship if you score well. In case the eligibility of the programme says Pass or only states some percentage criteria, only then LPUNEST will not be a mandatory to qualify. Still in this case, a candidate has an option to appear for LPUNEST just for the sake of scholarship purposes. As “LPUNEST” is short for “Lovely Professional University National Entrance and Scholarship test”. In my opinion a candidate should appear for this exam even if it is not mandatory, the reason behind that is, there is a chance that you can avail a good scholarship. Hope I have answered your query. LPU admissions 2023 are open for all the courses. The last date to apply for LPUNEST is Jan 20, 2023. Further, the last date for PhD 2023 Spring semester admission is extended to Jan 16. Lovely Professional University course admission is currently open. LPU offers more than 300 degree and diploma courses at the UG, PG and doctoral levels along with several distance learning courses via LPU Distance Education (LPUDE). LPU admission 2023 is a multi-step process, including application, selection rounds and result declaration. LPUNEST is the official entrance and scholarship exam conducted by the university. In addition to this, Lovely Professional University accepts several other national-level entrance exams like JEE Main Part 2, NATA, CAT, MAT, XAT, etc. for admission to its UG and PG courses.
