There is attached wash room, air conditioner, and geyser is there in each room. Permission to use electrical gadgets having maximum load up-to 5 ampere per apartment. In-campus Hospital facility is there with ambulance to provide medical assistance to students. Residential facility are permitted to keep Electrical Kettles, Electrical Irons, Steamer, Shaving Set, Trimmer, Hair Straightener and Hair Dryer. Extra electricity bill due to the usage of these electrical items will be borne by the respective students and so on.

At LPU there are 17 multi storeyed Hostels with different types of rooms like dormitory, two seater, single seater, ac, non ac, etc. available in the hostels and the fee vary accordingly. You can choose any of the rooms but the hostel will be assigned by the authorities. LPU provides separate residential facility for boys and girls within the campus. LPU's residential Facilities are indeed exceptionally well organised and maintained. The hostel administration here is very cooperative and caring. When it comes to Home like Healthy stay LPUs residential Facilities are excellent in all terms. LPU residential facilities are considered one the largest in India. Residential facility at campus is much safer and secure as 24 X 7 X 365 security is available and CCTVs are installed at all prominent locations throughout the campus. Security is in the hands of experienced security staff. Manned by over 400 full time security officials, thousands of security cameras, LPU is one of the safest campuses in the world. Turnstile Gates: The entry to residential facilities are regulated through automated turnstile (as in metro railway) and biometric machines and data is saved in computerized data base to track the movement of students/ visitors. LPU campus is a mini city in itself. There is an electricity backup and water supply. In addition to it, staff assistance and medical service (Medicines and tests On Payment). Study Room, TV Room, Lift Facility, Fire Fighting System, Purified Water Facility, Maintenance Services, Wi-Fi Service, Free Electricity Units (As Applicable). There are 24 hr. electricity backup Water Supply, and services available. There are mess services, laundry services, dedicated parking, departmental store, cafeteria, saloon for boys, printing and copier machines, shops in all hostels, Guest Rooms, Car Wash Facility, Shopping Mall, and Tuck Shops. You name it and you have it. Food: From ala carte to regional mess, the LPU hostel has all. It has North Indian, South Indian, Rajasthani, and many other regional messes. A student can choose the food as per his or her taste. The quality of food is good. Parathas, Butter, Curd, Milk, Tea are served at breakfast. At lunch, Dry Vegetables, Dal, any Gravy item, Rice, Chapati, and Raita are served. In dinner Chapati, Seasonal Vegetables, Rice and Desserts are served. Rooms: LPU has a hostel from 1 seater to 6 Seater including the Ac and Non AC. To maintain cleanliness, rooms are cleaned about 23 times per month. The room has an Air Conditioner, attached washroom, and Geyser in each room. Wooden Box Bed, Study Table, Chair, and Almirah. Students have to seek permission to use electrical gadgets having a maximum load of up to 5 amperes per apartment. One and two Seater apartments have attached lobby and kitchenette. Safety : As far as the security of female students is concerned, LPU is one of the safest campuses. Huge army of security personnel has been deployed all over the campus who keep a round-the-clock vigil. The campus is ragging-free, drug-free, and tobacco-free. If someone has a problem in connection with the residential facilities room, one can complain. The hostel management looks into the matter and resolves it at the earliest. The Girls who want to study in the Central library at night are allotted 2 hrs. of time and are accompanied by guards to the library and back from the library to their respective hostels. Girls are not allowed to roam around the hostel till late at night. No outsiders are allowed. Even the parents have to get a GATE pass to enter the university premises. Strict disciplinary actions are taken against those who indulge in indiscipline. This is the reason why we don't come across any untoward incidents.

Yes, they do have. As a student of LPU I can say that LPU have a best hostel facility. The campus is ragging-free, drug free and as well as tobacco-free. They are giving the best environment to the students and security system. There is attached wash room, air conditioner, and geyser is there in each room. This gives students a sense of responsibility, independence, and self-care. Hostels at LPU have - Separate accommodation is provided to girls and boys in different hostels. Hostels are allotted to students based on the availability of the seats. All the hostels are provided with basic facilities for comfortable stay of students away from home. All the hostels also have mess facilities of their own which provides quality and hygienic food. Laundry- There is an in-house laundry provided inside the campus which takes care of all the laundry services of students. Hospital- The university also has a hospital inside the campus which serves all medical facilities of students, staff and faculty.

You can also find security guards everywhere on the campus for your security. The hostels of LPU are most comfortable and damn strict. Some of the facilities that are given in the hostels of LPU are Bed (Iron or Wooden Box), Almirah,Plastic Chair,Study Table,AC/ Cooler (As Applicable),Geyser,Attached Washroom,Mess Facility. In the LPU, there are 17 multi-story hostels, including luxury apartments. Each hostel has its own entrance and exit, as well as a mess, a tuck shop, and dedicated wardens and maintenance staff. In addition to all the amenities in the LPU Hostels, there are a few rules and regulations for reasons of safety and security. One of the biggest residential services in India is LPU.
