I secured a 3680 rank in VITEEE and was allotted CSE with Cybersecurity in Category 2. If I don’t pay the seat confirmation fee, can I participate in Phase 2 counselling? Will I still be eligible to get the same branch, considering my higher rank compared to others in Phase 2?
