Dear Raman, 

As per the eligibility criteria of Govt Polytechnic College of Girls Ludhiana, candidates seeking admission to the courses shall either have completed class 12 from the science stream or class 10 plus 2 years of ITI. Hence, for a humanities student, admission to electrical and electronic engineering diploma courses is not permitted.
