Hi there, do not worry about the age. At LPU a gentleman in his eighties earned a post graduation degree in English. You just need to fulfill the minimum eligibility conditions and submit an undertaking stating the reason as to why you took a gap. Whatever the reason be it financial crisis, marriage or illness, you can mention it. Rest the university officials will guide you. Good Luck. You are welcome at LPU.
