If you did not complete 12th and instead got a BA Pass Certificate from VMOU (without doing 12th), then it may not be valid in place of 12th for all jobs. Many government and private jobs clearly ask for 12th pass as a minimum qualification. Even if you have a BA, they might still check if you passed 12th.

So, your BA certificate might not be accepted in place of 12th in all jobs. It depends on the job rules. Some open universities allow direct graduation, but job rules usually still want 10+2+3 format (Class 10 + Class 12 + Graduation).
