Being a Kerala board science stream student, can I get admission for bcom in MCC?

As per the eligibility criteria specified by Madras Christian College (MCC), Chennai, for admission to the BCom course:

• Candidate must have completed Class 12th (Standard XII / Intermediate / HSC) from a recognized board with a minimum of 50% aggregate marks.

• Candidates who have taken a combination of Commerce, Accountancy and Business Maths / Mathematics as subjects of study in the qualifying exams are preferred.

Based upon the eligibility criteria, candidates who have completed class 12th from the science stream are eligible to apply but since the BCom course at MCC is quite popular, chances of admission can be very low.
