This program at LPU: Demonstrate the ability to work in interdisciplinary areas of microbiology for industrial and academic research applications. Comprehend, analyze, estimate and solve biological problems through applications of food microbiology, virology, microbial physiology, genetic engineering, fermentation technology, and medical microbiology. Identify societal microbiological problems and propose solutions through explorative research by validation and scientific experimentation. Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of the scientific principles and apply these to develop projects in a multidisciplinary environment.
