I had applied for the BSc Biotechnology in phase 3. But I didn't get the seat. Is there a chance for opening the website for the 4th phase?

Whether there will be an opening for the 4th phase for BSc Biotechnology or not completely depends on the availability of seats and the admission schedule of the concerned university. It is advised to kindly mention the name of the college or university where you are looking for admission. The policies are different for different institutions.
