Btech eligibility Criteria

- Bonige Chandra SekharUpdated On November 14, 2023 12:49 PM

Candidates should have completed 10+2 or equivalent with a minimum of 60% aggregate marks. The candidate should have studied Physics, Mathematics, and English as compulsory subjects in 10+2. In addition to the compulsory subjects, the candidate must have studied Chemistry/Biology/Biotechnology/Computer Science as one of the subjects. LPU typically accepts scores from a variety of entrance exams, including LPUNEST (LPU National Entrance and Scholarship Test), JEE Main, or any other national-level engineering entrance test. You may be required to appear for LPUNEST conducted by LPU if you're not taking another national-level entrance exam. LPU may offer relaxation in eligibility criteria for candidates belonging to specific categories such as SC/ST or differently-abled candidates. Admission Process: Candidates typically need to fill out the application form and provide the required documents and test scores. Selection for admission is usually based on merit in the qualifying examination (10+2 or equivalent) and performance in the entrance test (if applicable). After selection, candidates may be required to be present for consultation and document verification. I hope this helps. Thank you.

Hi there, the eligibility for the B Tech Program at LPU is 60 percent marks in class 12 or equivalent. LPU conducts its own entrance exam for B Tech program. However, CUET and JEE are valid as well. The B Tech programs at LPU stand out globally as well among the Indian sphere owing to the rigorous academics, esteemed faculty, industry oriented curriculum and aim at holistic development of the student. Hope this answers your question. Good Luck
