Can I get BCom at CU Chandigarh with 67% in Class 12? Is CUCET compulsory?

As per Chandigarh University eligibility criteria, students with a minimum of 50% marks in Class 12 from a recognised board are eligible to apply for BCom. So, if you have secured 67% in Class 12, you may apply for BCom at Chandigarh University. However, as per the selection criteria, you must take the CUCET exam conducted by the university. CUCET is the compulsory entrance for Chandigarh University admission to various courses, including BCom. Students can receive scholarships based on their CUCET scores. The university offers these scholarships in the form of waivers on course fee. Chandigarh University fees for BCom is Rs 74,500 per semester. So, students with 90.01 to 100 marks in CUCET 2024 are eligible to get a 100% scholarship on the semester fee. The semester fee for students with 80 to 90 marks in CUCET 2024 may receive Rs 37,250 as a scholarship.
