Let me share the detail of LPU. . Eligibility Criteria (Qualifying Exam) Pass with 60% aggregate marks in 10+2 (with English, Physics, Chemistry and Biology) or equivalent, subject to qualifying LPUNEST. For a candidate, who has not studied English as a subject, the condition of English may be waived off provided the candidate in his qualifying exam has studied in English medium. (5% relaxation to North-East states and Sikkim candidates or Defence Personnel and their Dependents or Wards of Kashmiri Migrants). The fee structure of the programme is Rs. 80000 per semester without any scholarship for the 2022-23 session. However, LPU provides very good scholarships to bright students based on good academic records, sports, or extracurricular activities achievement, etc. I recommend you visit the LPU website for more details of scholarships. The online application has already been started for this programme for the 2022-23 session. You can visit www.admission.lpu.in for an online application. Thanks

Hello! With best of my knowledge, I can say for admission in BPT, Biology is mandatory. BPT or Bachelor of Physiotherapy is a four-year undergraduate professional course that deals with the science of physical movement and channelising it to prevent disability and diseases of movement. Physiotherapy or physical therapy is an allied health profession that helps people increase, maintain or restore their physical mobility, function, and strength. This science makes use of electrotherapy, evidence-based kinesiology, exercise prescription and shockwave mobility to treat chronic conditions of the bones and soft tissues. There are many universities that offer BPT. As per my experience I would suggest you Lovely Professional University. Admission for BPT is ON at Lovely Professional University. During this period of ongoing COVID-19 pandemic lockdown, to support prospective students (candidates) to apply for admissions , direct online/remote admissions (subject to fulfillment of eligibility criteria) process has been started. University has relaxed the eligibility criteria and exempted the entrance test in most of the courses. One of them is BPT. There is No entrance exam in BPT. Eligibility for BPT is Pass with 60% aggregate marks in 10+2 (with English, Physics, Chemistry and Biology) or equivalent. So, with your scores you can apply for admission.LPU has BPT is approved by IAP ( Indian Association of Physiotherapy) , moreover LPU has its own hospital in which you can have practical knowledge of the same. This builds up the confidence of the student and make them more familiar with their work. LPU also has a good placement cell of this department . Students can attain positions in sports training centres, health and fitness centres, hospitals, physiotherapy & rehabilitation centres, spastic societies and special schools. Opportunities also include pursuing higher studies in reputed universities in India and abroad.
