Dear Student as I am the working member of the LPU. Yes, a candidate who has completed his/ her B.Tech in CSE is eligible to pursue Cyber Security & Ethical Hacking course. If you want to learn about the eligibility criteria and other details for the course, Last year, NASSCOM reported that India alone would need 1 million cyber security professionals, while job portal Indeed reported a spike of 150 percent in cyber security roles between January 2017 and March 2018. Companies like KPMG have doubled the size of their cyber security teams in recent years. India has turned into a hotbed for Cyber Security experts. According to a recent study by http://Indeed.com, the scope of Cyber Security has turned more competitive in India. There are more job post clicks in India as compared to the US and UK. As per the industry stats, most hiring is happening for the below roles. Network Security Engineer Cyber Security Analyst Security Architect Cyber Security Manager Chief Information Security Officer If you talking about LPU I'll never recommend! There most of the professor don't know that much, because they are passed out from lpu. Academics is not that much good. If you are a self learner then you can do something good from there but less chances, but you'll get lots of opportunities. Campus life is good OP! But that doesn't matter! Best of luck ????
