It was established in 2004 and is affiliated with Baba Farid University of Health Sciences. Desh Bhagat University (DBU) is a private university located in Fatehgarh Sahib district in Punjab, established under The Desh Bhagat University Act, 2012. Both these institutions offer B.Sc Nursing courses but the fees are different. University offers UG, PG and PhD level courses on Nursing while institute offers on UG and PG level only.
