Eligibility for B.Sc Nursing at PSG

The important information about the eligibility criteria is given below for the candidates:

Contenders belonging to all classes for admission to the B.Sc., Degree course in Nursing (Basic) would have passed the be suitable examinations (Academic Stream) after a period of 12 years of study with the following subjects of Physics, Chemistry, and Biology or Botany and Zoology.

Each contender before admission to the course intends to submit to the Principal of the institute a credential of medical suitability from an official medical officer that the contender is essentially fit to undergo the academic course. (Or)

The minimum educational necessities intend to be passing of Higher Secondary School Certificate Examination (12 years course) (Or)

Senior School Certificate Examination (10+2), pre-degree Examinations (10+2) (Or)

A correspondent with 12 years of schooling from a familiar Board or University with Science (Physics, Chemistry, Biology) and English with minimum 45% combined marks (PCBE); for SC/ST contenders – the minimum percentage of marks is 40%.
