If you're applying for the BA course at PK Roy Memorial College through the online form, make sure to keep a few documents ready before you start. You’ll need scanned copies of your Class 10 and 12 marksheets and certificates, a passport-size photo, any valid photo ID (like Aadhaar or voter ID), and, if it applies to you, caste or income certificates. Some colleges also ask for a transfer or character certificate, so it's good to have those on hand, too.

You’re eligible to apply if you’ve passed Class 12 from a recognized board, usually with at least 45–50% marks. The application process is done online. First, register on the college portal, then fill out the form with your personal and academic details. After that, upload your documents, pay the application fee (which is usually around ₹1,000–₹2,500), and submit the form.

Once you apply, the college will release a merit list based on your Class 12 marks. If your name is on the list, you’ll be contacted for counselling and final admission steps, including fee payment.
