Dress code for girls

Students at Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham, Coimbatore should wear uniforms (where applicable), formal pants and shirts, churidars, long kurtis, and formal footwear or shoes. Dresses that conceal the identity of students, low-waist, torn, cut, or tight jeans, sleeveless garments or transparent tops, miniskirts, tube tops or spaghetti tops, T-shirts with derogatory or inappropriate writings, shorts, dhotis, capris, etc., are not allowed at the campus.
