As an alumnus of LPU,  I would say that Lovely professional University is the best engineering college in Punjab for CSE. Number of admissions in CSE department have been increased rapidly and has become one of the popular courses among engineering aspirants. Yes, in order to take admission in your desired programme, you need to be eligible for the same.To my knowledge in order to take admission in LPU you have to be eligible and eligibility is 60% in 10+2 with (English , Physics & Mathematics ) will have to appear in LPUNEST whereas those who have scored 90% in +2 or scored 90 percentile in JEE Mains are exempted from LPUNEST.You should be happy to know that LPU has been ranked top 80 amongst all private and government institutions by NIRF, MHR, GOI.
