Hello !! In case your ID card is lost, you can Contact your warden to get a daily visiting pass that will be valid for 24 hours and can then apply from UMS by Logging in to your account and can apply for it. Refer the following steps to apply for the same - Open The Tab Important Links on Home Page Important Links > Duplicate ID Fill in your details and Opt for Lost in the dialogue box- Reason. Select Payment Method. In order to Reissue a card because of Damage or Loss reason, the Charges are Rs. 250 and in case of Net Banking charges are applicable. Then go to block 30 basement and book your appointment slot from UMS to get id card and receive your id card from there. Hope it Helps !!
