GNM COURSE course details

The General Nursing and Midwifery GNM course at Poyanil College of Nursing is a three-year diploma programme that prepares students to become registered nurses and midwives. The GNM course covers a wide range of topics including anatomy and physiology, microbiology, nutrition, pharmacology, nursing fundamentals, medical-surgical nursing etc. Students also receive practical training in the college's hospital and other healthcare facilities. Upon completion of the GNM course, graduates are eligible to register as nurses and midwives with the Indian Nursing Council.
