Hi. I'm studying in b.com accountancy hons. 3rd year under Calcutta University. Can i get admission to B.Pharm in Bengal School of Technology and Management which is in Chinsurah?

As you are about to complete your course of B.Com (honours) in Accountancy soon, pursuing a course of Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm) might not be the best option for you. You can take admission in any other programme in the stream of commerce as that will be better than changing your stream completely. Applying for a postgraduate degree of Master in Commerce (M.Com) or enrolling in the course of Chartered Accountancy (CA) can be really helpful in giving your career a boost. After completing these courses, you will have many job opportunities and career prospects. You can also consider joining any short term programmes of accountancy that will give a boost to your career.

However, if you still wish to pursue B.Pharm, you will have to ensure that you meet the eligibility criteria for the course. You will not be given admission to B.Pharm if you did not complete your higher secondary education (class 12th) in the science stream. Therefore, it is necessary that you check the eligibility criteria for B.Pharm before seeking admission to the course.
