Hii I am 12th pass with (pcm)from ICSE board and I am fail in math I have to do B-tech from computer science stream how I take admission in best college

You will have to reappear for the Mathematics exam again and only if you clear the exam, you can apply for B.Tech. And depending upon your marks, you can choose from the best B.Tech colleges in India. Unless you reappear for the class 12th Math exam again, you won't be eligible to pursue B.Tech.
