LPU offers excellent living accommodations within the campus, separately for boys and girls. Lovely Professional University understands the expectations of students who come here from a wide variety of cultural and geographical zones and perhaps leave their homes for the first time in their lives. There are rooms ranging from Standard Rooms to Apartments and students can opt for accommodation as per their convenience and choice. The Hostels are major of three types: 1. Standard Rooms Standard Rooms are lodges like the arrangement where students can live in a shared 4/3/2/1-seater room with an option of having Air Cooled or Air-Conditioned Ventilation. The charges for standard rooms are as follows: INR 75000 2. Apartments Apartments are 1/2/3/4 seater rooms with attached washrooms. These facilities are constructed to provide luxurious accommodation. The apartment has a common kitchen area, dining and lobby area. The charges for the apartments are as follows: INR 95000 3. Dormitories Dormitories are 1/2/3/4 seater shared rooms with 9-14 seaters. The charges for the apartments are as follows: INR 50000 Facilities of Standard Rooms/Apartments/Dormitories Air Cooler, Bed, Study Table, Chair, Partitioned Almirah, Geyser and Common washroom 24 Hrs. Hostels at LPU have - Separate accommodation is provided to girls and boys in different hostels. Hostels are allotted to students based on the availability of the seats. All the hostels are provided with basic facilities for comfortable stay of students away from home. All the hostels also have mess facilities of their own which provides quality and hygienic food. Laundry- There is an in-house laundry provided inside the campus which takes care of all the laundry services of students. Hospital- The university also has a hospital inside the campus which serves all medical facilities of students, staff and faculty. The hospital is provided with all well trained doctors taking care of any kind of medical treatment given to the students, staff and faculty. Gym & Yoga- The university has also provided gym and yoga facilities to the students of the college. All the gyms inside the campus are well equipped with air-conditioners, spa room, sauna bath, cardio, calisthenics, aerobics hall etc. All the gyms are also provided with well-trained trainers to provide guidance and train the students in keeping them fit and active. African Food Cafe- The African Food Cafe serves meals and snacks for the African students. University Mall- The University Mall is provided with a variety of stores where all essential and basic items are available any student would need in his daily life. Western Union Money Transfer- The Western Union Money Transfer enables money transfer to overseas or within India without any inconvenience. Convenience Store- Each hostel is provided with convenience stores where all grocery items and products needed in day-to-day life are available. The fee of the hostel varies from 50 k to 95 k depending on the facility that you are opting for. The hostel facility varies from dormitory, four seater, three seater, two seater, singles seater and apartments. The security of the students is not compromised inside the residential facilities of LPU. The hostels are state of the art. Huge army of security personnel has been deployed all over the campus who keep a round-the-clock vigil. LPU has a hostel from 1 seater to 6 Seater including the Ac and Non AC. To maintain cleanliness, rooms are cleaned about 23 times per week. The room has an Air Conditioner, attached washroom, and Geyser in each room. Wooden Box Bed, Study Table, Chair, and Almirah. Students have to seek permission to use electrical gadgets having a maximum load of up to 5 amperes per apartment. One and two Seater apartments have attached lobby and kitchenette. There is an electricity backup and water supply. In addition to it, staff assistance and medical service (Medicines and tests On Payment). Study Room, TV Room, Lift Facility, Fire Fighting System, Purified Water Facility, Maintenance Services, Wi-Fi Service, Free Electricity Units (As Applicable). There are 24 hr. electricity backup Water Supply, and services available. There are mess services, laundry services, dedicated parking, departmental store, cafeteria, saloon for boys, printing and copier machines, shops in all hostels, Guest Rooms, Car Wash Facility, Shopping Mall, and Tuck Shops. From ala carte to regional mess, the LPU hostel has all. It has North Indian, South Indian, Rajasthani, and many other regional messes. A student can choose the food as per his or her taste. The quality of food is good. Parathas, Butter, Curd, Milk, Tea are served at breakfast. At lunch, Dry Vegetables, Dal, any Gravy item, Rice, Chapati, and Raita are served. In dinner Chapati, Seasonal Vegetables, Rice and Desserts are served. The campus is ragging-free, drug-free, and tobacco-free. If someone has a problem in connection with the residential facilities room, one can complain. The hostel management looks into the matter and resolves it at the earliest. The female guards are deployed in the girls' hostels. There are female security guards who look after the security of the girl's hostel. The Girls who want to study in the Central library at night are allotted 2 hrs. of time and are accompanied by guards to the library and back from the library to their respective hostels. Girls are not allowed to roam around the hostel till late at night. No outsiders are allowed. Even the parents have to get a GATE pass to enter the university premises. Strict disciplinary actions are taken against those who indulge in indiscipline. This is the reason why we don't come across any untoward incidents.
