How good is Chandigarh University, Gharuan in terms of academics, activities and placements?

Chandigarh University provides quality education in the streams of engineering, technology, architecture, management, pharmacy, and, computers to name a few. In terms of academics, the university was ranked 3rd in the Top Private Universities in India category by the QS World University Rankings 2023. It has accreditation from the NAAC and NBA and approvals from various educational bodies including the AICTE, UGC, NCTE, BCI, PCI, etc. Chandigarh University course admissions are offered in B.Tech, M.Tech, MBA, BCA, MCA, MA, B.Arch, PhD, and, many other courses. In terms of activities, Chandigarh University has a vibrant college life. 

The university conducts various events like convocations, youth summits, concerts, Bollywood celebrity visits, tech events, national and international conferences, sports competitions, and, industrial visits. Apart from these activities, a Faculty Development Programme is also organized each year for the training of faculty members. As per the Chandigarh University placement report for the 2023 session, 6,154 jobs were offered at the university. The highest package was Rs 50 lakh per annum while the average package was Rs 9.54 lakh per annum.
