GNIOT has separate hostels for boys and girls. The hostel for boys can accommodate 750 students, and the girls' hostel can accommodate 750 students as well. The hostels are located near the academic building on campus. The hostels have rooms for two students with attached bathrooms. Each student has their own cupboard to keep personal belongings. There is a common area in each hostel wing where students can hang out. Both the boys' and girls' hostels have access to the internet, and they provide free Wi-Fi.

The institution believes that having a healthy mind and body is important. To promote this, they offer a variety of sports and games for students to participate in. The GNIOT hostels are provided on a first-come-first-serve basis. The hostel facility is optional and students who wish to stay in the hostels can avail of it. The fees are the same for both male and female students.

The fees are charged on a yearly basis. The hostel registration fee is non-refundable. The hostels provide fully furnished rooms with amenities like beds, study tables, chairs, bed sheets, pillows, blankets, mugs, buckets, and 24-hour Wi-Fi.
