How reservation cut off rank like rural areas certificate 1 to 10th kannada medium certificate

Dear Student, 

In KCET exam, the Rural Area Certificate (RAC)  provides 15%  reservation whereas a 5% reservation will be provided for the candidates who have studied in Kannada medium. However, the eligibility for both these categories of reservations  is to have a certificate of studying in these conditions for 10 years. The cutoff rank for the for rural areas and Kannada medium is lower than the usal cutoff for other categories.
