How to find certificate after passing section A&B of IME exam

Dear friends dont take admissions in this institute because AICTE Already removed its recognization in 2013. i am also the student passed the section A and Section B last Result and certificate pending not recived from institute. now its too late no one is going to consider it today. so i am doing the Regular Graduation from nearest engineering collage by adjusting my working shifts.

Dear Sir I have passed out from your college Institution of Mechanical Engineer in June 2001 for which I request you please send my diploma college leaving certificate on my mail. Hi Sir/Madam, Kindly provide us the contact details like mobile or land facility, so that we can speak with the authorities for exact information and procedure to obtain the certificate. What ever provide info like email or land line numbers, we sent so many mails and called to provided numbers, though no results, simply wasting our time, if this university doing good thing means kindly provide us the exact and working contact details so that we can make the call or mail.
