This year the last time I applied for admission in my first year was 19 June but somehow my documents were not available till 19 .Now the merit list is also out. So how can I get admission now in BA 1st year?

It is not possible to take admission in the same college as the last date of submitting the application is already over. You will have to look for another college where the last date is still due. Rajkiya Kanya Mahavidyalaya does not entertain incomplete forms under any circumstances. Please consider admission in another college.
