You can appear for the Ph.D. entrance exam conducted by various universities across the country. You should have at least 55% of marks in MCA to be eligible for admission in Ph.D through an entrance test. The second option is to appear for UGC NET exam. If you clear the exam, you can get direct admission in Ph.D. The following three options may help you -

Option 1: Clear UGC NET exam and apply for Ph.D. Admission

Option 2: Choose a university that offers relevant specialization in Ph.D. and apply for the admission. Clear the entrance exam and Viva-Voce or Interview for final admission.

Option 3: Join M.Phil in any of the Indian universities. Complete the M.Phil degree and then apply for direct admission in Ph.D.
