The cutoff marks of ICAR differ from year to year. For the general category, the aspirants must secure 50% percentage of marks to qualify for ICAR AIEEA. For other categories like SC/ST, candidates must get a 40% percentage of marks.
As you have scored 357 marks, (which is around 59.5 percent of marks) in ICAR, there is a probability that you will get the seat.
