I have interest and passion in Computer Science Engineering but I also want to pursue Electronics and Communication Engineering. Can I do these courses together if I got a good college like IIT Roorkee?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to pursue both Computer Science & Engineering and Electronics & Communication Engineering at once at IIT Roorkee. While the institute offers both courses separately for undergraduate students, the institute does not provide an option to combine both streams. Most colleges do not offer integrated courses for Computer Science & Engineering and Electronics & Communication Engineering.
