We submit my certificates to the phase 1 seat college then in the second phase, what can we do to submit to the second-phase college?

If you have already submitted your original certificates to the college allotted in phase 1 of counselling, and you are allotted a seat in a different college during the second phase, you must follow a specific process to transfer your admission. After receiving your new allotment in phase 2, you need to obtain your original certificates back from your phase 1 college. This usually involves informing the phase 1 college of your new allotment, presenting the phase 2 allotment order, and applying for withdrawal or cancellation of your admission. The college will then return your original documents, often after completing certain formalities and signing a withdrawal form.
