I passed B.A. from GNDU, Amritsar in 1975.At present, I have been living in the United States. Can I study LL.B.3yers online, in a distance mode or through correspondence?

No, you cannot pursue a valid 3-year LL.B. through online, distance, or correspondence mode if your goal is to practice law in India. If your aim is only to gain legal knowledge, you may opt for online or distance law courses, but these will not qualify you to practice as a lawyer. The Bar Council of India does not recognise LL.B. degrees obtained through these modes, so such a degree would not make you eligible to enrol as an advocate.

However, you can pursue an LL.B. in regular mode in India if you wish to practice there. Since you are in the USA, you may consider a Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school if you want to practice law in the United States.
