Click "Forgotten your password\" (or "Password\") on the lpu ums entry page. You are usually invited to provide your date of birth, Captcha, or check code, and a recorded user identifier or email. When you submit a request, your registered email address or mobile number will receive your OTP or link and reset your password. Enter your OTP or click on the link, then change your password and come back. Please check official communications, emails or letters of offer from the LPU. If he is not there yet, contact your mentor or LPU to receive your username and restaurant and receive your accounting data for help.

Click the "Forgot Password" (or "Reset Password") option on the LPU UMS login page. Usually, you will be asked to provide your date of birth, a captcha or verification code, and your registered user ID or email. Following submission, your registered email address or cellphone number will receive an OTP or link to reset your password. Enter the OTP or click the link, then change your password to get back in. Check any prior official correspondence, emails, or offer letters from LPU where it could have been stated if you too lost your UMS user ID. If it's still not there, get help obtaining your ID and restoring your credentials by contacting your mentor or the LPU IT Helpdesk by phone or email support.
