No, NIFT does not offer Bachelor's courses in Interior Design. They offer:
Fashion Design
Accessory Design
Leather Design
Textile Design
Knitwear Design
Fashion Communication
However, there are plenty of good colleges offering a Bachelor's degree in Interior Design like:
Jagannath Institute of Management Sciences -Sector-3, Rohini, New Delhi
Amity University, Noida, Mumbai, Jaipur, Lucknow
Lovely Professional University, Punjab
Mount Carmel College, Bangalore
SNDT Women's University, Pune
