Is Chandigarh University good or bad?

Chandigarh University is a UGC-Recognised private university in Mohali, Punjab. It was set up by the Punjab State Legislature and is the youngest university in India to get an ‘A’ grade accreditation by the NAAC in the first round. The Chandigarh University courses are offered at the undergraduate, postgraduate, and, PhD levels in streams like engineering, management, architecture, computers, and, arts. One of the most opted-for courses at the university is its B.Tech. Chandigarh University is approved by various educational bodies like the AICTE, BCI, PCI, NCTE, and, COA, to name a few. 

The ranking of the university as per the latest edition of QS World University Rankings 2023, is 3rd among the Top Private Universities in India. It was placed 29th in the University category rankings by the NIRF in 2022. The Chandigarh University placement rate is 80% and for the latest placements, 6,154 job offers were made at the university. Moreover, the overall highest CTC of the university is Rs 54.75 lakh per annum and the average CTC is Rs 9.54 lakh per annum. Some of the top recruiters who visit the university for placements are Adobe, Toshiba, and, Amazon.
