Is Chandigarh University good or bad?

Chandigarh University is a UGC-Recognised private university in Mohali, Punjab. It was set up by the Punjab State Legislature and is the youngest university in India to get an ‘A’ grade accreditation by the NAAC in the first round. Moreover, the overall highest CTC of the university is Rs 54.75 lakh per annum and the average CTC is Rs 9.54 lakh per annum.
